Here is some information, but it is Japanese site, pardon.
Yours is on the second of the list.
It says ; Published in 1842, at the age of 46 years old. Publisher is EzakiYa, This series are called as GyouSho Toukaidou because each title is written with Gyousho style. 55 sheets total.
As for second picture, I have no idea about the date or the artist.
It is likely to be Meiji or Taisho print, so 1890 is possible.
