This painting is not by Hirosada. There are indeed many superficial stylistic resemblances between Hirosada and the present painter.
After the late 1820s the artistic expression in Osaka kabuki prints became fairly limited and many artists works bears a strong stylistic likeness to each other.
The style indicates an execution date of the 1830s. The basic style is of the first part of the 1830s. However if it is an amateur artist the style might be derivative and possibly painted in the second half.
