"Can anyone date this"

This entry:

http://www.mfa.org/collections/object/yu-brigade-third-group-sodenoura-actor-ichikawa-ebiz-v-as-arajishi-otokonosuke-from-the-series-flowers-of-edo-and-views-of-famous-places-edo-no-hana-meish-e-476498

claims it's 1863/8th.

"I noticed the colors are different than others I have found online."

It has been left on the wall for a long time (note the frame) and has faded badly. More here:

http://www.viewingjapaneseprints.net/texts/topictexts/faq/faq_care_and_repair.html#fading

The reason the greens have turned to blue is that at that point in time, green was made with mixture of chemical blue (Prussian Blue) and a vegetable yellow. The later fades quickly, the former not at all...

"Is this a reproduction?"

Very unlikely. This is a fairly obscure series, and Toyokuni III's work was almost never reproduced (even his best series).
