I read the name of the ky˘ka poet as 花栖亭真芳 'Kaseitei Mayoshi'. The last character in the poet's signature is not fully read but it could be 貧 'hin(suru)' - 'living in poverty' or 'meager', meant in a comical sense.

The name of Mayoshi figures on surimono by Shinsai and Gakutei from around 1820.
