Preben san

Sorry for my poor explanation.

The title is 謡曲画誌, which reads "you kyoku ga shi" or also known as "utai ehon" : this means "illustrated book of the noh music".

Written by Nakamura Sankinshi, illustrated by Tachibana Morikuni.

It seems to be useful and essential to the noh performing art. The later editions of the book has been reprinted for years, centuries.
The newest photocopy edition has been released in 2011 and is still in store.

Your book is obviously the woodblock print edition.
But I have no idea it is the first edition or later one.

Hopes this helps you.
Have a nice day.
