Luque,

I believe that the name of the artist is Kuniteru (国輝), though I don't know which one of three or four different artists who used that name.

The print depicts a place called Zenibako (銭函, or with katakana as in the title cartouche ゼ二バコ) on the island of Hokkaido.

If your print isn't trimmed, it should have some information in the lower left margin, possibly the name of the publisher and a perhaps a date seal.

Best regards,
Hans Olof
