Those will be the names of the various people shown.

I don't have time to read them all for you, but here's a first crack at one (the one in the lower left center, in red):

令井田庄右エ門X髙

I'm not sure of the first character, I might have got that wrong. And I can't see the 8th character clearly enough to read it. And I don't know what it reads as (most kanji have multiple pronunciations), although I can tell you the 5th-7th read 'emon'.

Looking for this name, I didn't find much, although this did pop up:

井田庄右衛門

as a name (the 5th character is a common alternative for the 6th character above) but alas the page I found it on is in Japanese, which I can't read very well.

Perhaps you can work out more from there?
