There is a seller at eBay that refers to the Japan Fuzoku Ukiyo-e Publishing Organization as the publisher. Maybe this reproduction also is from 'Ukiyo-e fuzoku Yamato nishikie' published between 1917-18 by Hashiguchi Goyo (1880-1921). Goyo supervised the twelve-volume ‘Ukiyo-e fuzoku Yamoto nishikie’ (Japanese Brocade Prints in Ukiyo-e Genre Style) containing hundreds of woodblock reduced-size facsimiles of the works of early masters. Maybe the Shin-hanga experts here could give a confirmation.

Guy.
