It's a scene from Hasui's Korea group - the first two characters of the title are 平壌 (hei jou), which is Pyongyang. The tall stone work and the structure of the pillars also all point to a Korean origin.

If you want to get this printed, I can put you in touch with somebody here who can quote you on getting that done, or maybe even one of the ladies here in my shop can run some off for you. Hasui's work is now public domain, so there is no copyright issue to deal with.
