If this is a woodblock print, it's most probably a reproduction of a painting by Ogata Kôrin (1658-1716). The signature reads Hokkyô Kôrin (法橋光琳). There was a large outflow of woodblock reproductions of classical paintings in Japan during the late Meiji era, so your print may well have been published in 1890 or thereabouts.
