A surimono in the 'shikishiban' format, depicting a girl dressed as a 'Shirabyoshi', signed by the artist accompanied by three signed poems - probably 1810s.

I was wondering if the artist could be T˘gensai Eishű, here signing 'Eishű hitsu'.
T˘gensai Eishű was a pupil of Ch˘bunsai Eichi and is recorded as an ukiyoe painter, active Kansai to Bunka period. No printed work seems to be known.
I'll have a look at the names of the poets later.
