The artist is Tsutsumi T˘shű (Uematsu T˘shű), active 1810s-20s and according to Ukiyo-e Ruik˘ (1844) a pupil of Tsustumi T˘rin II.

The poet of the first poem (right) is Sh˘kakutei Chiyozumi, middle Sh˘zantei Okunari, poet 3rd poem not read.
