I can't read the poems, written in cursive script. That's something for professional scholars, active in that field. Indeed, the signature is in the lower edge and reads 'Tsh hitsu' (painted by Toshu). The signatures of the three poets are beneath the poems.

As mentioned, this print is a surimono (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surimono) and was produced in small numbers - also, Tsh is a rare artist so it is possible that your print is the sole surviving copy. Take good care of it.
