It's a print by Migata Toshihide from a series 'Eiyû sanjûroku kasen'(Poetic collection of 36 Heroes) published in 1893 by Sasaki Toyokichi, depicting Fujiwara no Yasumasa playing the flute under the light of the full moon, which saves him from an attack by the bandit Hakamadare Yasusuke. This is a famous scene, depicted by Yoshitoshi in one of his most famous triptychs in 1883.

Guy.
