I don't believe your print is on cloth. It looks like it is a crepe print (chirimengami-e) - see http://viewingjapaneseprints.net/texts/topictexts/faq/faq_chirimen.html .

The original print was designed by Yoshitora. It's difficult to decipher the date seal, but I believe it could be 1866. Most probably it's the right panel of a triptych. Above is a print that could be the middle panel of the original triptych (not the creped version).
