From your image I couldn't tell if it is a photographic or lithographic reproduction, or one that was printed using handcarved woodblocks. As it was published by Adachi, I assume the latter though. I also assume that the colours were added with separate blocks, unlike the original beni-e print that would have been handcoloured.

It's very unlikely that the original woodblock for a print by Moromasa would have survived for about 200 years in a usable state, so I'm pretty sure that Adachi used new blocks.
