Hi, this is a print of a kabuki theatre scene. The artist is Kunisada I (signature in lower right corner). The small rectangular cartouche to its left is probably the publisher.

The small circular one above that is the censor seal, but alas this one is one which does not tell us much about the date of the print. Going by the signature form ('Gototei Kunisada'), and the overall look of the print, it say it's roughly 1820 to 1830, or so.

The actor's name is in the large cartouche in the upper left; you can see what it is it with the help of this page:

The smaller cartouche next to it is probably the name of the role he's appearing in, which could lead you to the name of the play, but alas that's beyond my expertise.
