The print is titled 'Shinpan kaiko yashinai kusa' (Newly published edition - The sericulture) and is attributed to Utagawa Yoshifuji (1828-87), dated 1847. Another copy is in the collection of The Museum of Fiber Science and Technology - Ukiyo-e VR Museum.

I notice that the the first character of the signature 'yoshi' is most probably written in hiragana (よし), but I'm not entirely convinced (yet) by the reading given by the Museum, of the second character 'fuji' (藤) written in cursive.
