This small red seal seems to be a (negative) proof or certification that the print was indeed published by Takamizawa as a reprint, late 1920s, and NOT an original. As we know, Takmizawa reproductions were higly controversial, earlier during Taisho. I found no reference in romaji regarding the correct pronunciation of the name of the examiner in the seal; my unassuming attempt should be 'Dobutsu Yusui'... .
