The cartouche at the left reads probably 森毌貝一孫刀 or 森田貝一孫刀. The last character 刀 (t) refers to the tool of the engraver-blockcutter but I could indentify or read properly the engraver's name - I found no useful references at all.

The second character in the signature is probably 需 (ju) but the combination with the first kanji seems not to be the usual compound 応需 ('ju'). So, I'm completely stuck for the moment.

It could well be that the two characters of the combined seal contain the name of the artist that we are looking after or could give us further clues to his identity. Anyone for the reading of the seal?

Could you post a close up image of the text on the white strip that is on the right panel?
