Actually, it's by Kuniyasu (signature 國安 on all three sheets, in a lower corner).

The three actors names are the larger vertical rows of kanji near the signatures (the smaller characters to their right seem to be hiragana forming a so-called 'furigana', i.e. they spell out the correct reading of the kanji in the syllabic hiragana script). You will find them all in my 'Actors' Names in Japanese Woodblock Theatre Prints' page:

I suspect the larger characters on the left of the center panel (above the actor's name) are the title of the play, but I'm afraid I can't help with that...
