#38 Signature: Kuniyoshi 1797-1861

Kuniyoshi does a lot of triptychs with boats so I wouldn't be shocked if this is part of one.

I'm not 100% on Kuniyoshi since most of the images I've found of his work include his cartouche. Hopefully this points you in the right direction!
