The artist is indeed Utamaro I. A print from one of his final series 'Yukun Gosetsu ikebana awase' (An Array Courtesans' Flower Arrangements for the Five Seasonal Festivals), published ca. 1805 by Yamadaya Sasuke (seal: Yama-sa). The text on top mentions the name of the green house and the courtsean; names not yet read.

Anyone for the identification of the oblong seal?
Is it mentioned in Marks (I'm not at home for the moment)?
