Well, Eishi died in 1829, so it's definitely early 18th C.

As to exactly when, well, it turns out I'm blind, because this print _is_ in Pins (#865), and the date given there is ca. 1789-1790 (presumably from Brandt, "Eishi", which is given as the source of the image/caption).

I can't work out how I missed it the first time through!
