This print is a design by Utamaro I, and it was originally published about 1798-1800. It's no. 4 of a series with the title 女織蚕手業草 ("Joshoku kaiko tegawa-gusa" - Women engaged in the sericulture industry).

Your copy looks rather old, but if you compare it to the original edition (see above), you'll note that some details are missing from your print: the descriptive text in the upper part, the publisher's mark and the furigana in the title cartouche.
