Well, to start with, it's not a Kunisada: the signature (in the blue-lined cartouche, lower left) says Yoshi-[something] (can't read the second character, it's too washed out).

It's a Kabuki print, I don't think I see a title (unless the sign-board holds it). The names of the three actors are in the larger yellow cartouches; this page:

will help you read them. The smaller red cartouches are probably the names of the roles they are playing.

The child's kimono seems to be decorated with Genji-mon, I think - not sure if that has any meaning.
