It's not uncommon for there to be printing variants in different editions of shin-hanga prints pulled from the same blocks. Also, once a print has been displayed, some of the pigments can fade at a greater rate than some of the other pigments. Also, changes in the color of the underlying paper due to toning can affect the overall coloration of a print. Your different coloring can be the result of any combination of these reasons. It would help to unravel all this if you could post a picture of your print, including margins, alongside a pure white piece of paper for reference.
