"Kabuki actors" is right - the rest is utterly wrong. It's a triptych by Chikanobu (1838-1912), portraying eight actors. Your image is rather blurred, but I think the title reads "Mitate Oeyama no zu" (見立大江山乃図). It was probably published in the 1880s. If the print hasn't been trimmed, you should be able to find a more exact date in the margin.
