I don't see a signature (although I have been known to miss the blindingly obvious!), but it looks to be printed in the technique known as 'tan-e', although possibly it is in 'benizuri-e'. The former would put it in the late 1600's to middle 1700's; the latter would be middle 1700's to late 1700's. The overall style would seem to suggest, to my limited knowledge of the style of early prints, an earlier date, so late 1600's to early 1700's, perhaps?
