The artist is neither Kuniyoshi nor Kinoyoshi. The signature reads "Ichireisai Yoshiyuki ga" (一嶺斎芳雪画).

Yoshiyuki was one of Kuniyoshi's many pupils though, and he was active as a print designer c 1848-1864. This particular print was published about 1850, as indicated by the censors' seals Fuku and Muramatsu.
