I have an Utagawa Yoshikazu print, The Great Battle of Ishibashiyama (Ishibashiyama ô-kassen)
石橋山大合戦, 1849–1853 (Kaei 2–6).

Signed: Ichijusai Yoshikazu ga (一寿斎芳員画) in red cartouche with kiri seal, found on all panels. Censor seals: Muramatsu (Muramatsu Genroku) and Fuku (Fukushima Giemon) on all panels; legible in left panel, illegible in centre panel, half cut off in right panel. Title cartouche (red) in upper right RHS panel Ishibashiyama ô-kassen (石橋山大合戦).

The publisher is unread. All I can make out is hanmoto (版元) “publisher”, above the line, and what looks like 伊勢 Ise for the 4th and 5th kanji.

Any help identifying the publisher would be most appreciated.
