Dear Daan (DVH?)!
There is a good resource from the author Jack Hillier (old, but cheap): "Japanese colour prints" (Phaidon) with artists signatures in facsimile. There you can found the name of this artist. With the name of this artist you can search on John Resig's side ukiyo-e.org . The British Museum own a triptych, your sheet is the lefthand from.
Good luck.
Yours sincerely
