It is simple to find a way to identify this inscription. Japanese numbers are easy to learn. You see a ten 十 and a six 六, this means sixteen, or in japanese jūroku. Write Yoshitora and sixteen in John Resig's (a man with an identity)side ukiyo-e.org and search for yourself. I am sure you find out the meaning of this inscription.
