Hello,
it’s the right sheet of a Genji triptych by Kunisada I, here signing with „Kunisada toneri Toyokuni ga“ (drawn by Kunisada the follower of Toyokuni). Title of the print is „Hana no Niwa“ (Flowering garden). Publisher is Yamashiroya Heisuke (no seal on the right sheet of the triptych), censors are Mera and Murata, date about 1850.
