"Taisho" means that the seller believes the reproduction was made in the years period 1912-1926

Ukiyoe prints were not numbered in the 18th century, and there was usually not a concept of "limited edition". The numbering really began in the 20th century as Japanese prints became more popular with Western collectors

The original wood blocks from the Harunobu prints were not re-used in this 20th-century reproduction. The design would be copied carefully and re-cut into new wood blocks
