Hi Linda,

Your print is a 20th century reproduction of the original design by Suzuki Harunobu. The publisher was Watanabe Shozaburo. The round seal contains 4 phonetic characters in Japanese reading Wa-Ta-Na-Be. It's not possible to definitively date your print. Watanabe's print publishing business started in 1907 and it is still in operation today, being run by his grandson, Watanabe Shoichiro.
