The print is signed 'Kochoen Harumasu ga'.

Harumasu was an artist's name used by Utagawa Kunimori II (active 1840s to ca 1860) between 1844-48.
The series is titled 'Hônenori no tewaza' (The fruitful output of weaving handcraft) published between 1844-46 by the Edo publisher Minoya Chûsuke.
