This is one panel of a triptych set of three prints by Yoshitoshi.
The date of publication appears to be 1865.
It is early in Yoshitoshi's career, and at that time he produced a variety of warrior prints on subjects similar to his teacher Kuniyoshi.

But the style is somewhat a departure from tradition because of more-realistic design - and especially the depiction of graphic violence, with the arrows transecting these warriors' bodies.

I couldn't figure out which historical battle is being shown in this work, but that is the essence of what you have here.
