It's a 'Nagasaki-e' or 'Nagasaki-hanga' (Nagasaki print), published early 19th century by Yamamotoya depicting a Dutch trader with an elephant, probably aimed for the court of the sh˘gun in Edo.
The print, written in romaji is titled in Dutch 'Olifant' (Elephant).
