Another random comment. I noticed that you say that woodgrain can't be duplicated. That is incorrect. Takamizawa is famous for duplicating woodgrain. He used another block with woodgrain carved into it. Also, I am sure that paper can be obtained from damaged original prints and then used to create forgeries.
