Your image isn't very clear, but obviously this print is one of many depicting the garden of the Kameido Tenjin snrine in Tokyo (see http://www.ukiyoe-gallery.com/kameido-woodblocks.htm ).

The signature (to the left) appears to read "Hiroshige ga" and the title (upper right corner) could perhaps be "Edo meishô".

Without a better image it's impossible to tell if it's an original print or a reproduction, and if it was designed by Hiroshige I or Hiroshige II.
