Kurt,

1- Yoshifuji’s original name was Nishimura Tôtarô (西邨藤太郎); the signature on the triptych reads ‘Nishimura Yoshifuji ga’ (西邨芳藤画) . In modern Japanese, the character 邨 is written 村 – thus the signature is written nowadays 西村芳藤画.

2- Seal: 富手来 せ (?, not read).

3- The second cartouche gives the name of the artist along with his address.
- Yoshifuji’s address in full kanji was:
浅草国北三筋町五十八番地 (Asakusa, Kunikita Misuji machi, gojûhachi banchi)
This might help to decipher the missing character in the cartouche. I’m not sure about ‘Kunikita’.
- Name of the painter:
画工 西村藤太郎 (gakô: Nishimura Tôtarô)
4- Link to a Japanese website with transcription of the title in kanji
