Indeed, I'm still not able either to decipher that character in the address.

The correct pronuncation of the artist's seal remains also a mystery to me. Don't find further references.

Some additional observations:
- in the cartouche containing the artist's address and name, 'Nishimura' is written in the usual manner 西村 and not 西邨
- apparantly, the first character of his first name 'Tôtatrô' (藤) was chosen as the second character in his artist's name 芳藤. This was not an uncommon practice, cfr. the case of Kuniyasu. His given name was Yasugorô. Toyokuni granted him the name Kuniyasu.
- For some reason, neither your triptych or the other at the Japanese website bear a date.
