It is a print by Toyokuni I published by Izumiya Ichibei in the early 1800's. It is from a series titled "Natsu no Fuji Bijin awase" (Fuji in summer matched with beautiful women), a series depicting actors relaxing offstage in the company of beautiful women.
You can find several prints from the same series in the collections of Boston MFA
