This type of 'shunga' print typically was from book illustrations.
These designs intentionally were not signed by the artists, because the subject matter was semi-legal. Meaning, officially discouraged but tolerated.
So, in order to avoid trouble, the artists generally would prefer to remain anonymous. Not exactly secret, because it would not be hard for one to infer who was producing the material. But plausible deniability, just in case something unfortunate might happen due to mercurial authorities.
The style, of design and printing of this piece, strongly resemble that of Kunisada (Toyokuni III) or his studio.
This genre has never been a collector's interest for me personally, so don't know enough about the subject to say with certainty.
