I do not know about this print itself, but the emblem on the kimono is the one of the Ako clan. The master of the Ako clan was injustly accused and condemned to ritual suicide in 1701. The 47 masterless samurai or ronin wowed vengeance which was carried out in 1703. So this print depicts one of the 47 ronin, possibly their chief, Oishi Yuranosuke. This is a famous tale, also called Chushingura. Hope this is useful............
