The signature in the upper left corner reads Ichiyôsai Toyokuni (一陽斎豊国) and belongs to Utagawa Kunisada.

The book was probably published in the 1840s-50s. If you post a picture of the colophon (or the censorship seals for that matter) the date can probably be narrowed down.
