This print depicts a scene from the Satsuma Rebellion (1877).

Since the picture is a bit blurry, I can only read the name for the person in purple clothes to the left, which is Fuchinobe Takateru (渕辺高照) who lived from 1840-1877.

The signature reads "‘ju Taiso Yoshitoshi" (応需大蘇芳年) and belongs to Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892). The print itself is not dated, but can be assumed to be from 1877 or slightly thereafter.
