This is probably the wrong forum for this because of two reasons:
1) This is not from Japan, but from China.
2) It is not a print.
However, the characters to the left read "待月西廂下 迎風戶半開 月移花影動 疑是玉人來" which is a poem by Yuan Zhen (779-831).
To the left we see the signature which looks like Jiàn Míng 劍鳴 to me. Above the signature we see the date 辛巳, which corresponds to 2001.
