Well, two things... first being that the portion of the signature that is visible doesn't match any Kunisada signature I've seen. Have a look at Hans's signature guide and I think you'll see what I mean:

Secondly, it just doesn't *look* like Kunisada to me. That's a stylistic judgement that I would be hard-pressed to offer much evidence for. But to make one observation, by the 1850s Kunisada tended to use a *lot* of dense, rich color in his backgrounds (though no doubt there are exceptions!); this print has a quite spare background.

Also, I could always be wrong... I'm an enthusiast but not a professional!
